Windlass War Roses Battlecry Bosworth Sword

Featuring a design from the late 15th century, this double-handed European Longsword comes with a large handle that can be used with one or two hands. Its slender, tapering blade profile caters to cutting and thrusting through the gaps in the existing plate armor of the time, a characteristic derived from blades used in the bloody Battle of Bosworth Field (1485) during England's War of the Roses.

The sword, blackened and largely undecorated, promotes practicality and functionality. It is forged from 1065 high carbon steel with an ideal hardness level of 50 HRC. The handle comprises a wooden core wrapped with criss-cross leather, ensuring a firm grip. A leather scabbard and frog belt accompany the blade for safe and authentic carriage. This blade is fully functional for rigorous cutting tests and effectively transforms its user into an English knight.
