Katana 9260 Spring Steel Samurai Sword

This Japanese Katana sword is based on an edged weapon produced after Japan's Meiji Restoration (1868), where officials tried to blend ancient samurai swords and modern blades of their time. Made from 9260 spring steel, the sword is renowned for its cutting results, flexibility, and added protection from rust and corrosion.

The blade follows a shinogi-zukuri profile, ideal for cutting, and is a full tang double-pegged for increased stability. A tassel that can be tied around the user's hand for comfortable handling hangs from its pommel. The sword features a bohi (grooves), lightening its weight and providing sound feedback when slashing. The handle is made from brass and high-quality plastic, while the scabbard is wooden with a matte finish.
