Katana Classic Elite Tsunami Sword

Forged and folded using carbon steel, the Classic Pro Elite Tsunami Katana has a full tang blade with a hada and hamon that look like turbulent waves. Featuring a bo-hi (groove) to lighten the weight of the sword and geometric yokote, the wave design is also integrated into the tsuba (sword guard), kashira (pommel cap), and fuchi. The katana also has a silver habaki (blade collar) and notched seppa (washer).

When it comes to the tusk (handle), it is covered with white same (ray skin) and tsukamaki (art of wrapping) with hishigami (paper wedges) to ensure that the grip is sturdy and comfortable. The saya (scabbard) is accented with a kurigata (knob attached to the scabbard) and koiguchi (mouth of the scabbard) made from buffalo horn.
