Dojo Pro Katana Model #15

The Dojo Pro Katana Model #15 from Ronin Katana has a blade forged from 1060 steel and through hardened. It features a maru gata (round or circular) tsuba (guard), and the fuchi kashira (hilt collar and pommel cap) is made of blackened iron. The brass menuki (decorative ornament) is gold in color, adding to the overall aesthetics of the sword.

The tsuka (handle) is covered with white same (rayskin) and held in place with tsukamaki using black silk ito (handle wrap). This katana is sheathed in a black lacquered saya (scabbard) with hand cut and polished buffalo horn kurigata (knob for sageo), koiguchi (mouth of saya), and kojiri (scabbard end cap). The synthetic silk sageo (carrying cord) is black and white.
