Tanto/Dagger T10 Steel Knife Osoraku

Forged from folded steel, the Osoraku tanto has a blade that is clay tempered and differentially hardened, resulting in a beautiful hamon that becomes easily visible after it is mirror polished by hand. The full tang blade is sharpened by hand with the shape of the blade known as Osoraku zukuri, which has a very large kissaki that exceeds the bottom portion of the blade. This rare shape is usually found only in wakizashi and tanto.

With black rayskin inlay, hineri maki with hishigami, and with the option of being wrapped in synthetic or real leather, the tsuka (handle) is completed with elegant brass mountings. Sheathed in a black matte saya (scabbard), this tanto is ready to be used in various tasks.
