Wakizashi San Mai Steel Sword Practical Elite Unokubi

Featuring an unokubi zukuri blade forged from folded sanmai steel, the Practical Pro Elite Wakizashi's blade is differentially hardened with clay tempered heat treatment. The blade is then cosmetically hand polished to bring out the hamon.

With a double pegged full tang for stability, the wakizashi's tsuka (handle) is covered in authentic same (rayskin) that is held together with a cotton tsuka-ito. Combined with the tsukamaki with hishigami placed underneath, it ensures a comfortable grip. The tsuba (hand guard) has a sunburst design, brass habaki (blade collar), and black glossy saya (scabbard).
