Two Handed Medieval Long Sword with Double Fullers – Euro Model #1

The longsword was designed to adapt to the military tactics and social environment of medieval Europe, and eventually became a dueling weapon. While lightweight enough to be wielded with one hand, its long grip also allowed it to accommodate two hands for more powerful attacks. Ronin Katana’s Medieval Sword #1 is a two handed long sword that has a blade forged from 1075 spring steel, through hardened, and has a peened tang. The blade also has double fullers to significantly reduce the overall weight of the sword, making it easier to maneuver without significantly affecting the sturdiness of the sword. It also has metal fittings on the sword and scabbard, along with a wooden core sheath that is wrapped in leather.
